The Madaket bike path, an NRTA bus stop, and the infamous Something Natural are all just down the road.

Relax in the peaceful and private backyard surrounded by hydrangea gardens and new dawn roses. In the morning, sit back in an Adirondack chair and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to birds chirping. At night, be mesmerized by the multitude of stars overhead. Fire up the grill and dine outdoors on the brick patio. After a day at the beach, clean up in the outside shower.

Inside, the well-equipped kitchen is sunny and open with a dining and sitting area perfect for entertaining. Also on the first floor are a powder room and a salon featuring antique maps and whaling artifacts, equipped with stereo, cable TV, and DVD player. On the second floor are three bright and cozy bedrooms, all with cable TV, and a full hall bathroom.
